Kinnelon is a borough located in New Jersey. The population is about 10,248. Kinnelon is a suburban community and has many trails and parks. A couple of the parks include Silas Condict County Park as well as Stony Brook Park. Silas Condict was found in 1963. It has picnic areas, hiking trails, a casino and athletic fields. The casino here is used for rentals, parties and other different events. There’s also a big lake which is used for paddle boating as well as fishing. You can rent paddle boats at the park. Stony Brook Park includes playgrounds and recreational areas surrounded by a lake. Stony Brook Park is located on Valley Road.

There are are also different schools in Kinnelon. Some of which include The Kinnelon Public school, which is for students in Kindergarten through twelfth grade. The Kinnelon Public School enrolled about 2,128 students in the 2011-2012 school year. Kiel School is also located in Kinnelon which is for Kindergarten through second grade; Stonybrook School is for grades third through fifth, Pearl R. Miller Middle School enrolls grades sixth through eighth grade and lastly Kinnelon High School enrolls about 700 students.
